COTCORI Ltd is a former rice processing and selling cooperative in Bugarama. It started its activities with very little means.
At the end of 2017, the Cooperative transferred its activities to the new investors , NZAYIBONANTE Evariste and High Performance Business and Services , owners of COTCORI Ltd , a Rwandan company registered on 08/08/2017 under code 107334226.
In 2018, High Performance Business and Services ceeded its share to Mr. UWAHORO Peter, who sold his share at his time to N&G Company Ltd in 2019. At the time the company shareholding structure was as follows:

Currently, COTCORI Ltd is owned by Mrs. Iris MAHORO, a Rwandan Investor with more 10 years experience in Rice business industry. She holds Bachelor Degree in Science and Technology from Zhe jiang , Republic of China.
Financial Performances
- Revenue significantly increased at 40% average growth rate between FY18 to FY 2023. For the year ended FY21 revenue increased by 140% compared to 56% increase recorded in previous year.
- Cost of sales resulted into a Compounded Average Growth Rate of 77% over six years. Kept on fluctuating Y-o-y growth basis.
- Gross profit has been increasing at a CAGR of 10%.
- Other income has been significantly increasing at CAGR 115% over six-year period.
- EBITDA has been positive over the past six years and increased at CAGR 4%

Objectives
The project aims to bean intergrated project from downstream to upstream to :
- Ensure high quality and quantity white rice by improving the hole rice process production from harvesting and drying paddy rice at all levels and generating benefits to all stakeholders;
- Comply with standard requirements of dried paddy rice, modern rice milling machines capacity , wharehousing standards and capacity and enough available packaging means;
- Launch of an industrial unit for the production of new combustible energies by the recovery of agricultural, agro-industrial to produce biomass charcoal;
